Melissa is someone who is near and dear to my heart. I had to find a home and move in very quickly. It was thanks to Melissa's diligence, motivation, care, and thoughtfulness that I was able put in an offer and AND CLOSE in just a month! (And two days but that's the weekend's fault). Melissa answered everything single question I had and if I didn't seem to understand it she would call me when I had a moment to go over it even more. She made sure I 100% knew what was happening every step of the way. Working full time I don't have many chances to take a phone call, so being able to communicate via text was one of the biggest blessings! Jim Mosley and Betty Valdes were instrumental in getting us the price for our home that we wanted. They are great in helping to negotiate the small details and make sure we got what we wanted in the end. They were always there to lend a hand when we needed someone to check an item at the house since we had already moved out of state. Small things like driving by the property and noticing that a light was left on during a showing and making sure it was turned off to not waste electricity is why I recommend them to anyone coming to or leaving Alaska. I know Jim and Betty will take care of them like they are family.
